Heat-Shrink Tube for Cable Identification
Murrplastik Labelling introduces the new ST-ECO heat-shrink tube for your cable identification needs. This Polyolefin heat-shrink tube is especially designed and sized for cable id applications. is available in two versions: taped and as a continuous-feed band. Both versions are readily available for thermal transfer printing here at Murrplastik and allow us to facilitate very high-quality printing for your cable identification.
The 3:1 shrink ratio recommended by Murrplastik allows a shrink area of -20 to +20%. Our heat-shrink conduit is available in the standard colours yellow and white, as well as blue, red or green upon request. The taped polyolefin heat shrink conduit is available with marked sections at 16, 32 or 64mm. Marking length can be selected at any point for the continuous-feed fanfold version. Murrplastik flame resistant conduits are available in the fanfold, roll stock version with the inside diameters of 4.8 to 38.1mm, and in the taped version in 2.4 to 38.1mm.
Why choose heat-shrink conduit labels?
The flat ST-ECO heat-shrink conduits by Murrplastik Labelling are made of polyolefin and produce very good results with our thermal transfer printing method. The material is flame retardant to UL224 and is suitable for use in temperature ranges of between -55°C to +135°C. It offers very good chemical, physical and electrical properties. The heat-shrink and flame resistant conduits are particularly well suited for applications in the fields of control cabinet construction, shipbuilding and the labelling of wiring harnesses.
